Legenda pravi, da je nekoč na tem mestu stala graščina, v kateri je živela bogata družina. Med neko nevihto je strela udarila v to graščino. Preživel je le sin. Bil je tako nesrečen, da je preklel graščino. Tja si nihče ni upal. Ko je ta graščina propadala, je bilo kar deset požarov, zato je postala črna. Leta 2015 je mimo prišla skupina pogumnih raziskovalcev in gradbenikov in se odločila, da jo bodo obnovili. Ker je bila graščina črne barve, se je imenovala črna graščina. Odločili so se, da bo ostala črna. Danes je turistična znamenitost.
